Frank is committed to achieving results through people and has a strong track record working with senior executives on complex strategic and operational issues to find and implement solutions.

He has worked with the World Bank as a leadership and management consultant, advising the President of Madagascar on leadership strategies for his Government and coaching Ministers and departmental leaders in that country.

Frank is also a coach and a mentor to many senior executives in the private and public sectors and to school administrators in Government and Independent schools. He consults to many organizations and has successfully undertaken many organizational reviews.

Frank’s “real world” understanding of executive leadership at the highest level is unique. In particular, his hands-on experience includes driving major strategic planning and implementation processes.

Frank’s value to his clients comes from a blend of highly developed leadership and executive coaching skills and extensive experience in government using innovative management, teamwork, leadership and executive development techniques.
