Is your business getting what you need out of your IT leadership?
Ask yourself the following questions:
- Am I sleeping well when I think about my company’s operating practices, and the commitment I made to customers?
- Is my IT leadership focused on technology enablement for the business, and not technology enablement for the customer?
- Do you plan or discuss organisational growth, but either don’t have, or don’t invite strategic technology leadership into the conversation?
That seems like a lost opportunity!
IT leadership should not only bring “how”, but should be right there with you defining your “what and why”!
